1. Who we are

GMCBot is operated by Online Mega Stores, Pagorkowa 26, 83-331 Przyjazn, Pomorskie, Poland, VAT PL9571022554. GMCBot is a product of GMCFix.com. You can reach us at support@gmcfix.com.

By using GMCBot you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

GMCBot is an automated scanning tool. You give it the address of an online store. It fetches publicly available pages from that store and, where you choose to connect a Google Merchant Center account, reads data from that account. It then compares what it finds against Google Merchant Center policies and produces a report.

  • A compliance score and a list of issues found.
  • Evidence for each finding, and instructions describing what to change.
  • Findings separated into ones we verified directly and ones that require human confirmation.

3. What the service is not

This is the most important section of these terms. Please read it.

  • The report is generated by software without human review. It may be incomplete, may miss problems, and may report problems that are not real.
  • It is not legal advice and must not be treated as such.
  • We do not write, file or assist with appeals to Google, and we do not represent you before Google in any capacity.
  • We do not tell you why Google suspended your account. Only Google knows that. We tell you what we found wrong with your store.
  • We do not guarantee reinstatement of any Merchant Center account, approval of any product, or any particular outcome. Nobody can.
  • We are not affiliated with Google. We are not endorsed, certified or authorised by Google in any way. Google and Google Merchant Center are trademarks of Google LLC.

You are responsible for verifying findings before you act on them, and for any changes you make to your store or your Merchant Center account.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Free scan: $0. A compliance score, your three most serious issues in full, and the number of remaining issues by severity.
  • Full report: $19.99, one-time. Every issue found, with evidence and fix instructions, plus one re-scan of the same store within 14 days of purchase.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Access to a paid report is tied to the email address used at purchase.

5. Connecting a Merchant Center account

Connecting a Google Merchant Center account is optional. If you connect one, you confirm that you are authorised to grant that access.

We only read. We do not create, modify or delete products, feeds, settings or any other data in your account. You can disconnect at any time, from our service or from your Google account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scan a website you neither own nor are authorised to test.
  • Use the service to attack, overload or disrupt any third-party site.
  • Attempt automated, bulk or resale use without our written agreement.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, payment, or access controls.

We may rate-limit, suspend or refuse service to protect the platform, our costs, or third parties.

7. Your data

What we collect and how long we keep it is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we keep the scan result and the email address associated with it, and we discard raw fetched page content shortly after the analysis completes.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, account suspensions, advertising costs, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on a report.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the report in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including rights you may have as a consumer.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect for new purchases.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
