How it works
GMCBot is software, not a consultant. Here is exactly what it does, in order, and what it deliberately does not do.
That is the whole input. No account, no Merchant Center login, no questionnaire. You can also tell us whether the account is currently suspended, which changes how we read the results.
We fetch your homepage, your policy pages and a sample of product pages the way an automated reviewer would, following the same trail Google follows when it evaluates a merchant.
Deterministic rules first: is the business identity present, do the policy pages exist, is checkout reachable, is the site safe. Then AI reads the pages that need judgement rather than pattern matching.
A compliance score, then the issues themselves. Free gives you the three most serious ones in full. The $19.99 report gives you all of them, with the evidence and what to change.
If the result says your case needs a person (repeat suspension, rejected appeal, something structural), the honest answer is a specialist at GMCFix.com, not another automated pass.
- No human reviews your report. That is what makes it fast and cheap, and it is also why we split findings into what we verified directly and what still needs a person to confirm.
- We cannot see inside your Merchant Center unless you connect it. A website scan cannot show item-level disapprovals or feed errors, and we will not pretend otherwise.
- We do not write appeals and we will never tell you why Google suspended you as though we knew. We show you what is wrong with your store. What Google did and why is between you and Google.
- No guarantees of reinstatement. Anyone selling you that number is inventing it.
Connecting your account lets us read your real disapprovals, feed errors and account settings, the things a website crawl simply cannot see. We only ever read. Nothing in your account is created, changed or deleted, and the analysis never gets the ability to act on your behalf.
